This is the starting process of any successful LED retrofit. An onsite visit to determine what is currently being used and what LED lamp (s) can be specified that ensures correct color match, same or improved lighting levels (lumens) and E-Star compliance to ensure maximum Save On Energy Rebate. Equally important is to get an accurate count of each type of lamp.
Lightland has dedicated field technicians to perform this audit in a timely and accurate process.
Once the Energy Audit is complete, Lightland can calculate, currently energy use, energy saving from LED conversion and provide an ROI based on true energy costs, see attached sample.
The proposal is turnkey, specify LED Lamps, labor for install, cost of material, energy savings, recycling costs and payback in months.
Once the proposal is agreed to Lightland schedules the install that works best for the client, taking any specials requirements into consideration, eg weekends only, after hour only or straight days.
After the project is complete, Lightland recycles all material and provides the client with a Certificate of Recycling ensuring nothing goes to landfill and may be needed for any BOMA certification the client may be pursuing.
Recycling is an integral part of Lightland’s core values, mercury/phosphorus and glass recycling is good for the environment and good for the planet.
